About the job
Are you driven by Health, Safety & Environment and eager to make a real impact in a leading FMCG production site? At Aqua d’Or in Brande, we’re looking for an HSE Manager to strengthen our safety culture and ensure full compliance across our natural mineral water and soft drink operations.
In this key role, you’ll be part of the Plant Leadership Team, driving proactive risk management and supporting our ambition of zero accidents through strong shop‑floor presence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety & Environment
Develop and lead the site’s HSE roadmap and annual program
Drive actions from audits
Deliver safety training and leading the central safety steering committee
Leading the HSE Pillar in the context of the IWS Integrated Work System
Coordinate internal and external HSE networks
Manage the HSE budget and lead the Safety Coordinator
Health & Wellbeing
Manage and employee health programs
Ensure strong prevention plans, risk assessments, and chemical/PPE management
Oversee workplace accidents and occupational health cases
Support to Managers
Lead safety dialogues, and taskbased risk analyses, monitoring action plans
Provide HSE expertise for new equipment and projects
Incident & Security Management
Support rootcause analyses and follow-up actions
Analyze safety data and partner with HR on communication
Lead fire safety strategy, crisis preparedness, and AXA coordination
Ensure overall site security
About you
- About You
- Master’s degree in engineering or similar
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HSE or operational management
- Strong expertise in occupational safety and health
- Pragmatic, influential, and confident engaging with all levels
- Strong presence on the shop floor and a driver of positive change
- Professional fluency in English and preferably in Danish
