MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage audit team

• Under Supervision of Internal Audit Director, manage audit teams before, during and after field audits with proximity
• Review Audit works
• Coach young auditors
• Help to identify guest auditors

Deliver the validated Audit Plan

• Manage the team to conduct financial and operational audits and to formulate recommendations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of business process
• Monitor implementation of action plans
• Participate in the scheduling, planning and coordinating the execution of the annual audit plan.
• Coordinate with Regions on risk management
• Provide feedback and proposal on DANgo referential ensuring consistent improvements

Prepare report to Regional management (AMERICAS) and Information for key stakeholders (Corp. Functions)

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Prepare Audit Reports & workpapers
• Regional Audit Summary
• Monitoring of selected High Risks in accordance with monitoring tasks allocation between Corporate and Local Teams
• Single Point of Contact of Key Functions (Compliance, Operations, IT, …)

• Consulting firms when relevant

KEY METRICS (mission critical performance indicators)

• Number of audits per year (around 8), implying around 25% travelling time
• Audit Quality: Recommandations, Report & Entity feedback (Country or Functions)
• Capacity to build and develop a small team, to transfer knowledge to other IA team members

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.  

INNOVATION SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Leadership
• Oral and Written communication
• Autonomy, organization, Courageous
• Languages : English and ideally one other languages (e.g. Asian, Spanish)
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added value

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

• Around 5 to 8 Years experience either in:
• External Audit experience within Big4
• Business planning or financial control within a large Country or Regional Role
