The Danone IT & Data Operations team, within the QFS & R&I organization, aims to strengthen customer centricity, business relevance and value creation. With this in mind, we are looking for someone who can understand Procure to Pay end‑user needs and support the Senior Product Owner in defining the product vision, bringing that vision to life, and maximizing value creation. We are therefore seeking a Product Analyst Procure to Pay (M/F) for a position based in Rueil-Malmaison (92), France), starting as soon as possible.

 

About The Job

You will join a dynamic team who contribute to the transformation of business processes and the organization. Within this team, you will be involved in many kinds of missions’ process optimization and harmonization, study, project, deployment of Danone IT&Data Standard, stabilization, support, extension of CORE model, business case support.

We are constantly increasing our perimeter deploying new companies and improving our existing tools and methodology.

Main Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Requirements

  • Collaborate with Product Owner to gather and prioritize requirements, define and refine P2P product vision, objectives, and backlog.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.

2. Product Delivery & Risk Management

  • Management of projects from product discovery to deployment.
  • Support the Product Owner in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the success of the Product.
  • Works with the Product Owner to refine the guidelines for when a requirement is considered complete and ready for release.

3. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Identify patterns, trends, correlations, inefficiencies and automation opportunities through deep‑dive analysis of procurement data to inform product strategy and decision‑making.
  • Actively seeks feedback from stakeholders, team members, and end‑users to identify improvement areas and recommend process enhancements that optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Adoption

  • Support the Product Owner to communicate with the stakeholders to understand them as much as possible.
  • Act as a liaison between procurement teams, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

5. Digital Solutions & Core Model

  • Contribute to initiatives such as SAP/Coupa enhancements, and other digital procurement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
  • Creation and maintenance of the solution architecture of the P2P core model.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and purchasing activities: sourcing, spend & savings management, contracting, MRP, PR2PO, goods receipts, invoicing, and SRM

  • Strong experience translating business requirements into IT action plans and digital solutions

  • Proven involvement in digital transformation projects within procurement or supply chain

  • Experience working in global, international, and cross-functional environments

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus

Hard Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid data analysis capabilities

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product-centric ways of working

  • Experience with SAP MM (ECC), including configuration and ABAP change specifications

  • Exposure to FI-CO and SD modules, and system integrations (EDI, APIs)

  • Knowledge of SAP BTP and non-SAP procurement solutions (e.g. Coupa, Zycus)

  • Experience with API-based interface development

  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile & Waterfall), issue tracking, and formal documentation

Soft Skills 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in transversal, non-hierarchical environments
  • Customer-oriented, collaborative, and team-focused mindset
  • Proactive, pragmatic, solution-driven, with a strong can-do attitude
