A Compensation & Benefits Analyst is a key player in an organization's human resources team. This role involves analyzing and evaluating the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and compliant with legal standards. The analyst conducts market research, participates in salary surveys, and develops reports to help design attractive and cost-effective compensation packages. They also provide support to employees regarding their benefits and compensation queries, ensuring smooth communication and understanding. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR practices and regulations.
About you
Key Responsibilities:
- Research industry trends and participate in salary surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits
- Assist in designing cost-effective and attractive compensation and benefits programs
- Analyze and evaluate cost implications of different compensation related schemes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate compensation data and benefits programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other departments.
