You’ll be part of our Customer Collaboration team, working on projects that boost supply chain efficiency and enhance customer experience. You will report to the Customer Collaboration Manager based in Denmark, while working closely with the local team at our Solna office for day-to-day collaboration and support.

Please note that this is an unpaid internship and you need to have an internship included in the same country as your studies during Spring 2026. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analysing order and delivery data to spot patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Suggesting smart solutions for optimising order frequency, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and delivery schedules for different customer segments (wholesalers, hospitals, etc.).
• Collaborating closely with the Logistics team to ensure your ideas are practical and impactful.
• Supporting the creation of process manuals when needed.
• Preparing actionable recommendations and presenting your findings to key stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Have an internship as part of your programme during the required period (for min of 10 weeks).
• Located in Sweden and able to work at our Solna office (hybrid).
• Strong in analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
• A good communicator and team player with interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to speak and conduct business in English at a professional level. Swedish is a plus.
