About the job
Join our team as a BI Intern and help us improve business processes using modern data tools. You’ll work with process mining (Celonis), task mining, and BI dashboards while collaborating with global teams.
What you’ll do
- Support process‑mining analyses in Celonis (event logs, dashboards, KPIs).
- Help with task‑mining setup and analysis of user interactions.
- Prepare and clean data (SQL, Excel, Python – basic is enough).
- Build simple BI reports and visualizations (Power BI/Tableau).
- Document findings and collaborate with process owners and BI experts.
- Learn continuously and explore automation & analytics tools.
About you
You’re a motivated student or recent graduate who enjoys working with data and solving problems.
What we’re looking for
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills & English at B2 level.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python or process mapping (nice to have).
- Studies in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
- Team‑oriented, organized, proactive.
- Open to feedback and able to manage tasks independently.
- Passion for data, digital transformation & process optimization.
- Desire to gain real experience with modern BI and analytics tools.
