Then apply now and join us as our new HR Intern – People Experience & Projects at our Hoofddorp (Danone Place Amsterdam) office, starting January 2026!

As an HR Intern, you’ll be part of the HR team at Danone Place Amsterdam (DPA), one of our global headquarters in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with the DPA HR team and be supervised by the HR Manager, Natalia Pererva. Your mission: learn about and support day-to-day HR management activities and ongoing projects.

 

During your internship, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Act as an HR Business Partner for the DPA intern population, providing guidance and support on various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HR project team and HR manager on people-related topics and data management.
  • Drive operational processes and diverse projects supporting the HR teams.
  • Learn and contribute to people cycles such as Performance Review, Development Conversations, Annual Salary Review, and more.
  • Collaborate on local projects and bring your own ideas to life.
  • Shape your objectives and learning goals based on your interests in different areas of HR

Your main responsibilities include:

    • Onboarding coordination for new hires
    • HR support for the intern population
    • Data management and project collaboration
    • Supporting people cycles and HR initiatives

 

About you

We are looking for a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or any other related field. You are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions. You are comfortable in working within an international environment and capable to work both independently and as part of a team. You are a self-starter who can bring your own ideas. You possess great communication skills and enjoy interacting with numerous stakeholders, supporting your team members, and helping others. Additionally, you are data-driven with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (knowledge of Power BI is a plus!). Being flexible is key!

 

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Available to start in January 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4 to 5 days per week.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
