About the job
Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague to join us as a Senior Digital Transformation Manager, responsible for leading digital project implementations and owning the digital strategy and OT execution at the factory level.
About you
- Ability to shape and develop the DMA implementation roadmap and work plans for the site, support on execution and problem solving, be a coach and capability builder to the site management team
- Performance / Project management experience
- Understand digital technologies and has been exposed to implementation of digital tools
- Affinity to user adoption and extraction of productivity from systems.
- Leads DMA implementation in the factory
- Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing DMA Use Cases
- Manages local stakeholders and engages influencers for successful development of BC & implementation of UC
- Ensures preparation of Use Case Validation Presentation for Validation Sessions & Steerco presentations
- Responsible of deliverying DMA ambition
- Lead Governance at Factory level
