As Senior Global Strategy Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the innovation pipeline for Essential Diet and Frailty. You’ll work closely with global and regional teams, driving strategic, cross-functional innovation projects that deliver real impact. This is a visible, high-growth area with strong executive support and clear pathways for career progression. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead end-to-end innovation project management for Essential Diet and Frailty portfolios—from idea to launch—ensuring projects align with our strategic goals and global growth plans. 
  • Build and run effective project governance, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovation on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. 
  • Spot and validate breakthrough opportunities, using market insights and clinical evidence to address unmet needs in malnutrition and frailty. 
  • Transform the portfolio by introducing new products, services, and business models, collaborating with R&D, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams. 
  • Partner with country teams to adapt global strategies to local realities and regulations, ensuring excellence in execution. 
  • Track project performance, proactively managing risks and opportunities to maximize impact. 
  • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agile delivery across the organization.

About you

Who You Are 

  • You’re a true team player—enthusiastic, collaborative, and ready to support others while working autonomously and driving your projects forward. 
  • You thrive in complex environments, navigating ambiguity and change with confidence. 
  • You have a university degree (HBO/WO), ideally with further qualifications in project management or innovation. 
  • You bring at least 7 years’ experience in healthcare, medical nutrition, or a related field, with a strong track record in leading complex innovation projects. 
  • You’re skilled at managing and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. 
  • You think strategically, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. 
  • You have international experience, ideally in HCP-driven or medical nutrition businesses. 
  • You’re fluent in English; market/local experience is a plus.
