We are looking for a temp Talent Analyst to support the EMEA region for 10-months!

Operating across EMEA requires strong coordination, data integrity, and rhythm discipline, particularly in a context of transformation.

The Talent Analyst plays a critical role in enabling:

  • Consolidate multi-country data into EMEA-level trackers, presentations and dashboards.

B. People Cycle Coordination & Execution

  • Support all steps of the talent cycle: performance calibration preparation, talent review documentation, succession updates.
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reads, trackers, and follow-ups for people conversations.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure version control.
  • Coordinate across CBUs to ensure deadlines are respected and data is consolidated on time.

C. Learning Operations & Support

  • Consolidate nominations and participants across CBUs using standardized templates, ensuring eligibility, accuracy, and single‑source‑of‑truth lists.
  • Manage participation tracking, attendance, completion status, evaluations and maintain updated dashboards for zone‑level reporting.
  • Secure participant calendars early, including sending placeholder blocks and final invitations to protect time across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to confirm dates, align availability, and ensure session materials, links, and logistics are prepared.
  • Ensure learning systems (LMS) are updated with accurate session records, completions, and data corrections after each module or program.
