Our mission is to bring health through food, which comes with a big responsibility. What makes Danone stand out for me is the commitment to doing things right, and backing that up with science. Our work has a genuine impact on our customers and patients, and you can feel that in every aspect of what we do.
Regardless of our roles - whether we work in a factory, office or lab - we all treat each other equally here, and with respect. In the end, we all just want to bring the best possible products to the world. By working together and respecting each other’s opinions, we make sure we get that done.
Even though I’m far from bored in my current role, I have recently gotten to learn more about supply chain and project management. Stepping out of my comfort zone, exploring different departments and constantly learning new things is very much encouraged here. It shows me there is a lot to discover still, and that the possibilities at Danone are endless.
I engage with a lot of international stakeholders, so when I was offered training on personality types, I grabbed that opportunity with both hands. By applying courses and practical steps, my manager and I regularly map out ways to achieve my goals and feed my ambition. What the future holds for me? Project management has caught my attention so let’s see. For now, I’m very happy with where I am!
