YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
Within the global climate team, this internship will take place at Danone global headquarters based in Paris (75009), starting from February 2025.
Your manager, Dana, Senior Manager in charge of climate change, will support you to thrive in your missions:
50%: Engaging internal stakeholders on the climate topic through our network of correspondents in global and local functions, including:
Preparing a quarterly review on external and internal climate transition news for Danone’s climate community,
Helping to deploy existing engagement and training tools (such as the climate school, climate fresk, and other available climate training) to the climate community and Danoners in general. Enriching the offer with new tools.
Generally assisting with the implementation of the climate engagement plan, including organizing dedicated internal events together with internal communication and cross-functional sustainability teams.
30%: Contributing to the monitoring and updating of our Climate Transition Plan through the monitoring of decarbonization projects and tracking various themes (portfolio management, net zero, etc.)
20%: Assisting the project manager of the climate risk study in finalizing the study and internal communication actions

In 2024, Danone received the ‘AAA’ rating from the Carbon Disclosure Project for the fifth consecutive year for its leadership in environmental performance, being one of the 10 companies among the 21,000 evaluated in 2023 to receive an ‘A’ in each of the three environmental areas studied by the CDP (climate, water, and forests)
Up to 2 days/week of remote work
- 100% of the Navigo pass covered
You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month
A propos de vous
Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:
Available from February 2025 for a duration of 5 months
You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, public affairs, business school or engineering school
Skills/aptitudes: communication, creativity, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor and critical thinking, teamwork, interest in and understanding of carbon data
Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent. French is a plus!
Softwares : Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (a big plus if you can analyze databases). If you have special skills, such as data visualization or creating communication content, it will be an advantage
