YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :
This internship will take place in Paris (75), at our headquarter starting from january 2025. You will join the team responsible for the Talent development of Danone Executives. Our mission is to ensure the development of the company's leaders in order to set them up for success and better serve Danone's growth.
Sofia, Talent Analyst, will support you to thrive in your missions :
Participate in the development of future Executives by supporting the preparation of leadership programmes.
Provide support in managing the Talent/Performance processes for Executives : Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance and Potential calibration.
Ensuring Data Quality in collaboration with the Talent Analyst : monitoring entry/exit, promotions, diversity and other talent data.
Supporting Executives on a day-to-day basis through : Onboarding, mobility, etc.
THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
Up to 2 days/week of remote work
Internship: You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.
Access to the company canteen and CE (“Comité d’Entreprise”)

Available from January for a duration of 6 months
You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
Expected skills : Agility, Reliability and Enthusiasm
Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent / (to put if English is a prerequisite)
Softwares : Excel & Power point
