As a Channel Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall channel strategy for defining the long and short-term growth opportunities, incorporating category and promotional strategy, and sales priorities to secure Danone’s KPI delivery in your channel. You will closely cooperate with the Marketing Team to reflect brands' strategies in Channel Sales Strategy and with the Sales Team to reflect the channels needs in Channel Sales Strategy. You will competitively influence category and brand availability, visibility, and shopper engagement through establishing strategic credentials, highlighting growth opportunities and risks, and execution of fact-based and customized growth initiatives for the channel.
