The team you will be working with is One Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.

Financing & Treasury Specialist role is to provide comprehensive Financing & Treasury services — with a high level of expertise and independence — supporting the F&T Manager, as well as both CBS and CBU partners, across the geographical area of responsibility. All activities must be compliant with Group Financing & Treasury policy and local legislation.

We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Financing & Treasury professional with a strong business acumen and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in corporate finance with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment.

This is a fixed time role for 9 months.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial operations
• Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, FX risk management, and banking relationships
• Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is a strong asset
• Familiarity with internal controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (both local and international)
• Proficiency in treasury systems and tools (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Excel, Power BI) would be an asset
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of autonomy and accountability 
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); at least communicative level of Polish
