In this internship, you will be part of the HR team at our Research Center in Utrecht. Our purpose is to create a safe and enthusiastic experience for employees. During this internship, you will collaborate with HR team support on activation of the Communication & Engagement initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:

• Create and design visual communication materials for events, projects, and global campaigns
• Support campaign execution by exploring creative communication methods, boosting engagement, and coordinating events
• Activate and animate global content for internal communication purposes
• Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic communication initiatives
• Contribute to DEI, culture, and well-being activities and initiatives
• Assist in organizing internal events at the office

As a Internal Communications and Engagement Intern, storytelling will be second nature to you. You excel at communicating with stakeholders and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table—especially when it comes to organizing memorable events. On top of that? You’re an extravert person who’s always willing to connect and looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;

• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);

• Ideally available to start in September for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Utrecht office, at least 5 days per week.
