- Manage banking relationships

- Support strategic initiatives: M&A, Cashless progects, payroll, etc

- Ensure compliance and reporting

- This is astrategic and operational role, which demands a high level of accountability, analytical rigor, and leadership to support decision-making and protect the organization’s financial integrity

- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

- At least 5–8 years of experience in treasury and banking desirable, could be considered internal talent with strong accounting or finance acumen.

- English: advanced (MUST); Daily communication with Treasury Central Team in Paris

- Understanding of financial instruments, credit markets, and capital structures

- Fast learner

- Continuos improvement mindset

- Strategic thinking Leadership & team management

- Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in ever changing environments

- Experience with negotiations

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Banking Platforms Knowledge TMS knowledge desirable
