You will be part of our Talent Team, who are responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding for all Danone locations within the Netherlands. In order to make sound and fact-based decisions, we also need to have data and insights, and therefore we need you.
Your main priority will be working with talent acquisition data, which gives us an overview of recruitment activities in the Netherlands across all entities, as well as employer branding data such as career website traffic and digital marketing campaign results. More than just crunching numbers and building dashboard, this role is a real opportunity for you to contribute to our Talent acquisition and Employer branding directions by helping us unveil the story behind data and suggesting tangible actions towards our objectives.
