YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from January 2026. As a member of Danone's M&A team, you will report directly to an M&A Manager, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills:

• Participate in acquisitions, disposals, JVs, and in the various stages of a corporate development process
• Analyze companies: research economic information and present summaries to Finance leadership
• Model business plans and financial valuations (company valuation process)
• Prepare summary documents for recommendation to Group Executives
