In this internship, you will be part of the Medical NLD Ops team, within Operations category. Our purpose is to enhance productivity, efficiency and decision-making through smart automation and data-driven tools. Your main responsibilities include:
- Analyze current project management processes and tools to identify areas where AI can be integrated.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and prepare relevant data for AI applications.
- Support the development and implementation of AI tools and insights to improve operations.
- Contribute to change management initiatives and training efforts related to AI integration.
About you
As an operation project management intern, it is a must that you have a strong affinity with AI. You have a problem-solving mindset and data analytics ability. On top of that? You’re a communicative team worker who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.
There are also some compulsory requirements:
- Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
- You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
- Ideally available to start in October for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
- You are able to work from our Zoetermeer office, at least 3 days per week.
