• You have strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
• You have excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• You hold proven experience in managing complex IT projects in the implementation of EPM systems
• You have strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• You understand financial processes and the intersection of IT solutions with finance operations
• You have knowledge of finance operations (as a plus)
• You are able to communicate effectively with Finance and Business stakeholders
• You are proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
• You can ensure the timely and budget-compliant delivery of the stream
• You are familiar with EPM software and related technologies (Tagetik is a plus)
• You understand data management and integration
