The SEA Hub Marketing Technology role will vet, implement, troubleshoot, manage and oversee our marketing technology stacks with a primary focus on developing additional functionalities, data utilization and UXUI optimization to drive brand objectives and conversion performances. This unique role would be both highly technical and business-savvy, with interests in both commercial and technology development, with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Act as liaison between CBU Marketing/Digital teams, Global/Zone IT, and external agencies to ensure smooth communication and technical project execution.
• Create business cases, prioritize and manage marketing technology initiatives aligned with brand and digital priorities across the cluster.
• Define requirements, oversee implementation roadmaps, and coordinate training for new technologies and optimizations.
• Partner with development agencies and internal teams to execute, test, and launch them on existing platform/system enhancement
• Collect, analyze, and leverage data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor and optimize performance, traffic and conversion/click-through rates of brand websites.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training, and onboarding for marketing technologies and processes.
• Create and refine processes that improve system integration, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support demand generation through setup of emails, landing pages, forms, and related data elements
• Monitor technology performance, costs, and contractual milestones; identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Conduct competitive analyses of existing and emerging technologies.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve marketing technology, services, and cross-channel performance.
