YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from 1st September 2026. Mélanie PITTET, Talent Director Operations in the team of Global Human Resources –  will guide you through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role: 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Contribute to Global Talent cycles, including performance management, succession planning, talent review and related processes, with a specific focus on the Director population.  

• Support in recruitment and internal mobility processes   

• Conduct talent data analyses to generate insights for the function and support strategic decision making.   

• Support coordination of Development Programs  ( onboarding, mentoring…) for the function , ensuring smooth execution.  

• Collaborate closely with HRBPs worldwide and functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Talent initiatives.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Available from September 2026 for a duration of 12 months 

• At the level of Bac 4/5 in university, business school 

• Fluency in English as a day to day working language 

• Strong analytical skills and an affinity for digital and AI 

• Interpersonal skills capacity to engage diverse colleagues across cultures  

• Attention to details, organized, rigorous and autonomous 

• Interest in people development, talent management and data-driven decision making 

• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different stakeholders 

• Understanding of IT systems and at ease operating them (preferably HR yet any other domain can represent transferable skills).
