About the Role
The Clinical Digital Health (CDH) team in Danone is part of the Medical & Nutrition Science team located in DLab Singapore. CDH team is responsible for all digital health studies conducted as part of the digital health lifecycle to fuel artificial intelligence (AIs) development within Danone. CDH team contribute to the strategic development of digital health initiatives to impact health by making the invisible visible and contribute to value creation for people/patients and business via digital technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead CDH studies for the full cycle from ideation to conduct and closure. You will work with external healthcare professionals and manage collaborations with clinical research organisation.
  1. Contribute to and/or write CDH study protocols and other CDH study documents development.
  2. Be responsible to deliver CDH studies within timelines, budget and study quality key performance indicators.
  3. Be responsible to support the creation and delivering science-based CDH studies, designed to bring added value to Danone innovations:
    • To support digital health project managers in delivering key digital health tools for our local/global brands
    • To collect data to fuel the development of AIs based on Danone’s strategic key health benefits platforms 
    • To support analysis and development of the CDH study report
    • To communicate the CDH study results internally and externally to build credibility (e.g. oral presentations in group settings, manuscripts and/or conference abstracts) for the AI development alongside with the data scientist
  4. Engage with internal stakeholders across several business functions and external stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders and setup/participate in relevant advisory board or steering committee meetings and communicate internally and externally our key successes.
  5. Be responsible to create a digital health study plan to secure resources and manage the digital health study(-ies) with a more social approach (leading and organizing study team meeting, enable decision making, internal/external stakeholder management).

Setup the best strategies for regular updates in internal team meetings and other relevant forums.  Co-lead the implementation of new governance process for the team

Sobre ti

The following technical skills and experience:

  1. At least a BSc. Degree with 5-8 years of experience working in Clinical Research industry, preferably with digital health technology (e.g. digital health devices, medical devices or AIs)
  2. Previous experience working in Clinical Research in multi-countries, multi-site settings with preferably the following:
    • Knowledge on relevant legislations and clinical research experience within Asia Pacific
    • Understanding of Declaration of Helsinki
    • ICH-GCP certification
    • Experience with protocol writing, data collection, and publications
    • Experience with medical device legislation will be an advantage. 
  3. Preferably have knowledge in different therapeutic areas such as metabolic health, disease-related malnutrition and/or longevity/health aging.
  4. Basic knowledge about Danone’s business, key brands and strategy.

  1. Demonstrate ability to effectively lead multiple studies, influence a team, stakeholders and/or collaborators internally and externally to deliver results
  2. Strong leadership skills to manage CDH study team, empower team members, and embrace feedback with the right mindset.
  3. Growth mindset (willing to learn from mistakes), develop efficient processes while being compliant (creativity and at the same time have out-of-the-box thinking).
  4. Confident to make fact-based decision and able to self-prioritize tasks to deliver study with quality.
  5. Be agile, be open to be pushed outside of comfort zone and lead by example.
  6. Ability to understand science and to turn it into digital assets.
  7. Attention to details to secure quality of research 

Fluency in English.
