Danone Canada is looking for a Communications Senior Manager for a 14-month contract. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a people-centric organization with a strong internal culture. In collaboration with the Director of Communications, the Communications Senior Manager is responsible for implementing and executing Danone Canada’s communications strategy and activities. The role will lead employee communications and engagement across the country and organize key strategic internal events. The Communications Senior Manager will also carry out selected external communications mandates and contribute to corporate reputation.

Key responsibilities :

•  Define the appropriate strategy to engage employees around the culture, values and ambition of Danone Canada.

•  Implement Danone Canada’s internal communications plan, in line with the company’s business and employee engagement objectives.

•  Lead the organization of various internal events, including the annual Danone Day, other company-wide meetings, recognition events and other key employee initiatives.

•  Develop engaging and impactful content for employees, strategically aligned with the company’s priorities.

•  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that corporate messages are delivered in a timely manner to the right audiences through the appropriate communications channels.

•  Partner with global and regional teams to ensure communications alignment.

•  Support the Director of Communications on selected external communications mandates and contribute to corporate reputation, issues and crisis communications, executive communications and other priority initiatives.

•  Leverage AI and digital tools responsibly to support content development, efficiency, consistency and communications impact.

 

 

Compensation, Benefits & Hiring Transparency :

 

The annual base salary range for this position is $95 000 to $135 000 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions. 

 

Danone Canada also offers a competitive short-term incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, flexible time off, true hybrid work environment and other attractive options.

Sobre ti

Required qualifications :

•  Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field, such as Public Relations or Marketing Communications.

•  Minimum 7 years of relevant communications experience.

•  Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and French; oral and written bilingualism is required.

•  Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

•  Familiarity with digital communications and AI-enabled tools.
