Customer Solutions Project Manager (Bilingual)

Sobre el trabajo

The Customer Solutions Project Manager is responsible for leading transformation, automation, Route-to-Market optimization and continuous improvement projects within the Customer Solutions team. Reporting to the Senior Customer Solutions Manager, this role represents the department with internal Danone teams to ensure proper project definition, prioritization, execution, adoption and performance. The role aims to accelerate process digitalization, improve the execution quality of end-to-end flows, strengthen customer performance and support Danone Canada’s growth, productivity and simplification objectives.

More specifically:


1) Lead Customer Solutions automation and digitalization projects

  • Lead internal digital transformation and automation projects aimed at simplifying Customer Solutions processes, reducing manual tasks, improving flow reliability and supporting the team’s operational roadmap.
  • Translate business needs into clear, prioritized and actionable functional requirements for IT, Data and Digital teams.
  • Follow up on IT tickets, backlogs, decisions, user testing and deployment plans to ensure robust and sustainable execution.
  • Ensure delivered solutions reduce manual work, improve flow reliability and strengthen operational visibility.

 

2) Lead Route-to-Market, network and execution model projects

  • Own RTM projects, including route-to-market optimization, deployment planning, business coordination and execution issue follow-up.
  • Contribute to network and logistics model improvements, including productivity projects related to direct plant delivery, flow optimization and West network management.
  • Build strong business cases by quantifying expected impacts on service, cost, productivity, operational risk and customer experience.

3) Own Customer Solutions processes and tool evolution

  • Act as process owner for key tools such as SAP and major digitalization projects by defining ways of working, user requirements and related governance rules.
  • Lead tool evolution, roadmap prioritization, backlog follow-up, continuous improvements and stabilization of existing functionalities.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs, technical capabilities, operational constraints and the department’s digital roadmap.

4) Lead continuous improvement, adoption and change management

  • Drive productivity and continuous improvement projects aimed at simplifying ways of working, optimizing Customer Solutions processes and strengthening operational efficiency across teams.
  • Define and execute training, communication, hypercare, business transition and adoption tracking plans during deployments.
  • Measure project impact through performance, adoption, manual work reduction, service quality and business value indicators.

Sobre ti

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:

  • University degree in business administration, supply chain, operations, engineering, commerce or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain, customer solutions, order management, sales, operations or project management, ideally within a consumer goods company.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Strong knowledge of operational tools and processes, including SAP, Excel, Power BI.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, business case development, data analysis and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Cross-functional leadership, influencing skills, clear communication and the ability to engage business, IT and Data stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, user adoption, change management, simplification and business value creation.
