About the Role

At Danone, we're looking for a strategic and consumer-centric Jr. Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive sustainable business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong brands, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen our connection with consumers. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, and external partners to ensure successful execution and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies and annual growth plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitive dynamics, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging.
• Manage innovation projects and product launches from concept development through market execution.
• Own and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment.
• Partner with external agencies and suppliers to deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Consumer Insights to achieve business goals.
• Monitor and report on brand performance, sales results, market share, and key marketing KPIs.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to accelerate growth and strengthen brand equity.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in brand strategy development, innovation, and marketing execution.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging market and consumer insights to drive business decisions.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional projects.
• Advanced English preferred.
