Danone Ecosystem is seeking a Project Coordinator Support for Indonesia (Level 9 – Manager), reporting to the Danone Ecosystem Asia Coordinator based in Jakarta. The role supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability and social impact projects across Indonesia, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
The incumbent will assist in managing the full project lifecycle, from project design and co-creation workshops to implementation tracking and governance coordination. The role also involves building partnerships with NGOs, institutions, businesses, and development agencies, while ensuring projects deliver impact against agreed objectives, timelines, and sustainability goals.
In addition, the position will coordinate impact measurement and knowledge-sharing activities, including the development of case studies and communication materials. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sustainability, Procurement, Sourcing, R&I, Operations, and GS is essential to align projects with Danone’s strategic priorities and support the continuous improvement of Danone Ecosystem initiatives.
