Demand & IBP Lead

As a Demand & IBP Lead, you will lead and drive a robust demand planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process that ensures accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels, and cross-functional alignment. The role aims to enhance business performance by integrating market intelligence, analytics, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. 

As a Demand & IBP Lead, you will be doing the following activities:

• Lead the monthly IBP cycle
• • Demand Review
  • Supply Review
  • Financial Reconciliation
  • Executive IBP meeting
• Align demand, supply, and financial plans
• Drive one-number plan
• Statistical forecasting (using historical data, seasonality, trends)
• Incorporating commercial inputs
• • Sales insights
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Customer intelligence
• Forecast accuracy tracking
• •  Bias, Forecast Accuracy
• Demand review ownership in IBP/S&OP cycle
• Scenario planning
• • Base / upside / downside cases
• Collaboration
• • Sales, Marketing, Finance

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain / IBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP/IBP frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, data modeling).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
