The incumbent will lead and and scale AI-driven digital innovation across DBS APAC by building a pipeline of opportunity across agentic AI, process mining, automation, data solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes aligned with DBS 4.0 strategy.

Responsibilities :

AI & Digital Strategy, Roadmap & Governance

Build and own the DBS APAC digital innovation roadmap covering AI/GenAI, agentic AI, process mining, workflow automation, and data solutions.

Align APAC digital priorities with global DI strategy and One DBS 4.0 operating model.

Implement governance frameworks for AI solutions, automation lifecycle, and data assets in partnership with global DI and IT.

Portfolio Management & Prioritization

Manage DBS APAC digital innovation pipeline: intake, prioritization, business case development, and benefits realization.
Partner with Service Excellence, Finance, HR, IT and service line leads to align delivery with DBS APAC strategic priorities.
Track realized value: productivity gains, cycle time reduction, quality improvement, SLA/KPI impact.

Delivery Orchestration & Performance

Coordinate delivery with global DI team, global IT Automation & AI CoE, and regional IT.
Manage dependencies across data access, integrations, security, and adoption.
Drive continuous improvement through process intelligence insights and performance monitoring.

Regional Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

Build trust with DBS APAC leadership; translate business needs into structured digital opportunities.
Represent Asia in global DI governance; bring Asia priorities into global roadmap and reuse global solutions locally.
Communicate digital innovation value, wins, and strategic impact to leadership stakeholders.

People Leadership, Capability Building & Change
Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Innovation Specialist(s) and digital champions network.
Drive AI literacy and digital mindset across DBS APAC: LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, AI ethics, change management.
Build a culture of experimentation and data-driven continuous improvement.

• >5 years experience in digital innovation, AI/automation, process improvement, or GBS/shared services transformation
• Experience working on AI or digital transformation initiatives in multi-country operations
• Hands-on ability to prototype AI solutions and evaluate emerging technologies
• Experience working with process mining, agentic AI, or intelligent automation strongly preferred
• Degree in Data Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma, AI/ML certifications is an added advantage
