Danone Specialized Nutrition Business Services is seeking for Field Sales Manager based in Battambang. Sales Performance Management:

  • Work closely with Field sales & Distributor filed sales team in assigned territory to ensure sales target objectives are achieved through daily follow-up sales figures vs the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out.
  • Lead in the development of all execution: plan, organize, control & support field sales team with day-to-day operation
  • Data accuracy collection and analysis/ identify gap/risk and propose action to close the gap/risk.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly sales performance review by using the appropriate tracking and performance measuring tools and take efficient corrective actions to address underperformance sales result.
  • Consolidate & analyze report gathered by the team and providing market intelligent report to ensure that line manager is fully informed at all time.

Numeric Distribution Expansion:

  • Work closely with field sales & distributor field sales team to ensure products available and visible in the assigned territory as per planned. 
  • Driving Route to Market with the Distributor; design right network, increase delivery capability & order quality.
  • To review, modify, plan and successfully ensuring implementation the RTM & Channel strategy in assigned territory.

Sales Fundamental:

  • Conduct regular market visit to ensure best service packages are provided to customer in assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular In field coaching and development with field sales including distributor field sales team to ensure quality services to customers in assigned territory.

Excellent Market Execution:

  • Work closely with sales team to execute business plan to ensure effectiveness of field operation
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and Marketing Team to execute the campaigns/programs on time with quality and efficiency.

Demand Forecast:

  • To ensure forecast accuracy for bottom line to input in demand focus planning 

Team Capability Development

  • Coach, mentor and develop the team to ensure their professional development and to ensure that the organization’s need for future leaders is consistently met.
  • Assist RSM to arrange training/on the job activities and monthly/cycle meeting

Sobre ti

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business Administration / Economy or related fields
  • Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
  • Minimum 4 years experiences in field sales management in FMCGs
  • Obtain multi skills in problem solving, decision making, persuasive, negotiation, handling objection
  • Strategic Awareness
  • Demonstrate a good understanding on insight of territory and trades management. Co-creating & contributing to the development & implementation of strategy to manage the territory from overall business perspective. Manage call planning, analysis and time management to ensure effective execution of the plans.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills when making decisions using broad reference points and argument
