Join Danone as Global Communications Manager, Specialized Nutrition, and help shape how we communicate the impact of science-based nutrition for babies, patients, caregivers and healthcare systems around the world. This role is based in our Danone Place Amsterdam office. Danone Place Amsterdam is the global head office of our Specialized Nutrition Unit, where global strategies are developed and rolled out across markets.
This is a high-impact, high-trust role in a fast-moving global environment. You will work in close collaboration with senior business stakeholders, identify meaningful story opportunities, and translate business priorities into communications programs that build reputation, engagement and momentum.
In this role, you will:
Drive integrated communication strategies and programs based on business priorities that increase awareness, relevance and preference for Danone’s medical nutrition & baby formula categories and global brands.
Bring new approaches (earned media, influencer etc.) to the medical nutrition category, identify and create innovation & people stories and messaging points that enable proactive communications.
Contribute to the global repositioning of Specialized Nutrition as part of Danone's overall health positioning and make Danone more known for its medical nutrition and baby formula portfolio externally as well as internally.
Next to landing activations globally you create communications playbooks for PR, social, online & internal communications that can be used for market adaptation.
Bring a mindset of performance and impact to communications and ensure KPIs are being set and met for all main initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we believe you bring:
Strong experience in corporate communications, ideally gained in FMCG, food, healthcare, pharma, nutrition or a regulated environment.
The ability to cut through complexity and translate business, science or health-related topics into simple, credible and engaging stories.
Experience advising senior stakeholders and acting as a calm, trusted communications partner.
Confidence working in matrix organizations, knowing when to align, when to challenge and how to move decisions forward.
Experience working with full-service communications agency partners.
Have creative and innovative mindset, good storytelling ability and willing to push boundaries to deliver simple and compelling messages on complex topics
Experienced in digital and online channel management and campaign content development, also in crisis communications context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch and French would be a strong advantage.

We Offer
The salary range for this role is €85.000 – €105.000 gross annually (including 8% holiday allowance). Your final offer will reflect your skills and experience while also ensuring alignment with our internal equity and salary framework.
