As Influencer Marketing Manager, you are responsible for defining, developing, and executing influencer marketing strategies across priority brands. You own influencer programs end to end, from strategic planning through execution, governance, measurement, and optimization, ensuring programs are authentic, compliant, and performance‑driven.

 

You play a key role in strengthening brand relevance within culture by leveraging creators as a core pillar of the marketing ecosystem. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Media, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Agency teams.

 

 

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.

Sobre ti

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Influencer Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand objectives, target consumers, and annual marketing plans
  • Define the role of influencers within the broader marketing ecosystem (brand, social, PR, media, e‑commerce, shopper marketing)
  • Identify white spaces, emerging creator trends, and platform innovations to keep brands culturally relevant

Creator Identification & Partnerships

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels)
  • Build long‑term creator partnerships and ambassador programs versus one‑off activations
  • Ensure diversity, inclusivity, authenticity, and strong brand fit across all influencer partnerships

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Lead influencer programs end to end; briefing, contracting, content development, reviews, approvals, posting, and optimization
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets with rigor and precision
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all influencer content is fully compliant with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and disclosure standards
  • Partner with Regulatory and Legal teams to mitigate risk
  • Stay current on evolving influencer marketing regulations and platform policies

Measurement & Performance

  • Define KPIs and success metrics (reach, engagement, brand lift, consideration, conversion where applicable)
  • Analyze performance and deliver clear, actionable post‑campaign reporting
  • Use insights to continuously optimize creator mix, content formats, and investment decisions

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Expertise

  • Work closely with internal and external partners
  • Contribute to integrated campaign planning and always‑on brand storytelling
  • Act as the internal influencer marketing thought leader and subject‑matter expert.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social marketing, or digital brand roles
  • Proven experience managing influencer programs end to end
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, platforms, and emerging trends
  • Experience managing agencies, vendor partners, and budgets
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure, governance, and performance rigor
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and project‑management skills
  • CPG, food & beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience is a strong asset
