Responsabilities:

*Brings forward innovative solutions that optimize existing project management methods & tools or implement new ones in the organization

*Oversees that projects are aligned with other projects in the organization and are aligned with the business strategy *Convince and allign key stakeholders on resource allocation and project scoping

*Resolves conflicts and challenging situations effectively *Demonstrates ability to run a structured cross-functional resource planning process

*Leads projects as a key change agent in a complex environment
