Are you up for a challenging internship experience with a real taste of the business world? Then join us in August 2026 at our office in Hoofddorp, Netherlands!

As an Innovations & Productivity Project Management Intern, you will support cross-functional projects within the EU Innovation & Productivity Realization Office (IPRO). You’ll coordinate stakeholders, track project progress, manage key data, and contribute to process improvements across the Dairy portfolio.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Drive project execution end-to-end by coordinating with cross-functional team members, leading regular drumbeat meetings, and ensuring successful project delivery through structured follow-ups
  • Track and communicate project progress by preparing updates and presenting key insights in governance forums, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and supporting decision-making
  • Maintain and optimize key databases and tools by collaborating with supply chain and business teams to collect accurate data, ensuring integrity, and improving the way information is structured and presented (e.g., savings dashboards, innovation tracker, masterfile, budget monitoring)
  • Lead process and tools improvement initiatives by analyzing current ways of working, identifying gaps vs. standards, and proposing and testing solutions to continuously enhance project management practices.

Sobre ti

You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Food Science, Economics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. You’re an analytical and detail-oriented team player who enjoys solving problems and working with data. You take ownership, stay persistent, and go the extra mile to ensure accuracy and quality in your work. You feel comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders to gather the right information and turn it into clear insights. 

 

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Available to start in August for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
