YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place Paris, at our Paris headquarters starting from July 2026. Matthieu Bigot, Senior Manager Danone Ventures in the Danone’s corporate venture team will  guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Portfolio Monitoring & Financial Analysis
• • Support financial monitoring of DV portfolio companies (KPIs, financial statements, cash runway, scenario analyses).
  • Maintain and update internal tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly portfolio reporting and internal performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with portfolio company finance leads and Danone finance teams when needed.
• Investment Process & Due Diligence
• • Conduct industry, market, and competitive research.
  • Build financial models and contribute to valuation and return analyses.
  • Participate in due diligence efforts (company deep dives, benchmarking, business model assessment).
  • Help produce internal investment memos and presentations.
• Strategic & Operational Support
• • Contribute to deep dives on investment territories (consumer trends, emerging categories, funds, accelerators, university programs).
  • Support operational initiatives across the DV team (tooling, reporting, process improvements).
  • Assist with coordination between Paris, New York, and global Danone teams.

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from July 2025 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
• Name qualities (e.g. organized, rigorous, and autonomous)
• Comfortable with Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!

We are looking for a bright, motivated and analytical Investment Intern to support our team. The intern will contribute to due diligence for potential investments, financial monitoring of portfolio companies, and strategic analyses related to our investment focus areas. The role also involves supporting day‑to‑day team operations and coordination with global Danone colleagues. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in venture capital within a global CPG company and to work closely with experienced investors across Europe and the US.
