As a part of global IT Finance product team based in France and Poland, we’re looking for a trainee to join Invoice to Pay IT&Data Finance product team in charge globally for such application like: Basware, SAP Accounts Payable, SAP Concur, which are automating business processes in vendor invoice management & posting, T&E claims processing & reimbursement process.

Opportunity to:

• Learn IT processes and IT project management
• Learn and analyze business processes (definition, mapping, optimization)
• Build knowledge about Travel & Expenses Management and Invoice-to-Pay process
• Participate in AI initiatives for I2P
• Work closely with other IT and Business teams
• Participate in change request management and support coordination processes
• Perform any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by Internship supervisor in your area of competence, within the agreed deadlines

Our candidate:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Management, Economic, Finance or related fields - or you are final-year student;
• You are Communicative and open;
• You are a fast learner, team player and full of initiative;
• You have strong analytical skills, conscientiousness and attention to detail;
• You have the ability of analyse, structure and synthetize extensive set of data;
• You have problem solving orientation;
• You have experience with some IT tools, MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• You are proficient in English language, upper intermediate, both written and spoken.
