About the Team

Our R&I Data & Resources team is at the heart of transforming how portfolio management is conducted across Europe. We are building a new EU-level data environment designed to seamlessly connect project and product information, strengthen cross-country integration, and enable smarter, faster decision-making.
This internship offers the opportunity to contribute directly to shaping the future of our data ecosystem—driving efficiency, transparency, and insight across the European R&I organization.

About the Role

We are looking for an intern or apprentice with strong data skills to support our major data‑transformation projects. You will be involved in designing, developing, and embedding the new European data environment, working across countries to harmonize inputs and ensure the environment meets both EU‑level and local needs.

You will also contribute to reporting, dashboarding, and analytical work supporting strategic decisions in areas such as:

1.Support the development of the new EU Data Environment

• Assist in building and extending EU-level data workflows and connections.
• Contribute to defining and refining the integration of country-level data into EU systems.
• Work on data quality, validation, and harmonization to ensure consistency across markets.

2. Contribute to data transformation and automation projects

• Support the creation of automated pipelines using Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and other low-code/no-code tools.
• Help document data structures, processes, and operating guidelines.

3. Develop analytics & reporting to support decision-making

• Build or update dashboards and visualizations (Power BI).
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc analyses (category, competition, nutrition, performance metrics).
• Help identify insights that drive portfolio and resource allocation decisions.

4. Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with R&I teams across European countries to understand needs and pain points.
• Help embed new tools and processes in local markets and support change-management activities.

5. AI & Copilot Innovation

• Support the development of Copilot agents and AI-driven solutions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Promote a data-driven and AI-friendly culture across teams.
• Contribute to AI adoption, training, and digital transformation initiatives.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Available from Jan 2026 for a duration of 6 months

  At the level of Bac+4/5 in university or engineering school

   

Must-Haves

• Strong data-handling skills (Excel, data cleaning, transformation).
• Experience with Power BI (datasets, DAX, dashboards).
• Interest or basic knowledge in Power Apps or low-code tools.
• Good analytical mindset and problem‑solving approach.
• Interest in R&I, product development, nutrition or FMCG environments.
• Proactive, curious, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Basic coding skills (Python, R, SQL, or VBA).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data modeling or building automated workflows.
