YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This internship will take place in Paris-Saclay, at our Daniel Carasso Research & Innovation center starting from February/March 2027. Alexia JAUNIAU, User Insight Superiority senior manager in the team UX Europe will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

Positively impact our KPI on product superiority and productivity across Europe – (50% time)

• Support the setup and execution of consumer tests for our brands, mainly Activia and other dairy products.
• Manage test projects independently from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

Deliver insights through internal sensory analysis studies – (30% time)

• Design and execute sensory studies.
• Write reports and share recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with product developers and brand leads.

Carry out cross-functional missions aimed at improving insights around productivity and sugar reduction projects – (20% time)

• Competitors claims analysis.
• Sweetness intensity sensory tests
• Discriminative sensory tests.

Internship Topic:

• Understand how to improve the sensory profile of Activia plain kefir to achieve perceived superiority, using sensory and consumer testing.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Willing to develop career in sensory and consumer research area.

  Ability to communicate in English & French is required.

• Position available from February or March 2027 for a period of 6 months

• Requires Bac+5 education level at a university or engineering school, ideally with a focus on sensory analysis (not mandatory).

• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, punctuality, organization, self-motivation, and interest in sensory analysis.

• Will work collaboratively with product development teams and interact with various departments
