Purpose of the role:
- The Cybersecurity Lead is responsible for strengthening cybersecurity governance, risk management, resilience, and operational security across APAC. Acting as the key connection between business units, local IT & Data teams, and Global Cybersecurity, the role translates global security requirements into effective regional and local execution.
Key accountabilities:
- Define and execute the APAC cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business priorities and Group/Global Cybersecurity direction.
- Translate cybersecurity standards, policies and controls into practical local implementation.
- Own the APAC cybersecurity risk portfolio and ensure risks are identified, assessed, prioritized and appropriately treated.
- Establish clear governance, accountability, escalation and reporting across IT and business stakeholders.
- Drive compliance with corporate cybersecurity requirements

Sobre ti
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity role, with a focus on Cybersecurity Governance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with risk analysis and advisory.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
