IWS Manager

YOUR responsibilities as an IWS Manager will include (but not limited to): 

• Lead the implementation and development of the site IWS roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.  

• Coach and support plant leaders in applying IWS principles and developing high-performing teams.  

• Drive loss elimination initiatives using Operational Excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.  

• Build leadership and team capabilities through coaching, training, and hands-on support on the shopfloor.  

• Facilitate site assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure effective action plans are implemented and sustained.  

• Strengthen Daily Direction Setting (DDS), Daily Management Systems (DMS), equipment ownership, and performance management practices.  

• Foster collaboration across functions and ensure effective integration of all IWS pillars.  

• Promote a culture of learning, problem-solving, standardization, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an IWS Manager with the following profile: 

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. 

• Strong background in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or similar continuous improvement systems. 

• Proven experience leading organizational change and driving operational performance improvements. 

• Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to translate business strategy into practical shopfloor execution. 

• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. 

• Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS) is an advantage.
