Role Purpose:

Drive growth and market share of our newly launched GetPRO brand to establish leadership in the high protein dairy segment. 

 

Brand P&L delivery and market performance

  • Contribute to & track Ireland brand performance, supporting in commercial & market closeness

  • Align closely with Senior Brand Manager manage total GetPRO brand A&P effectively. Responsible for raising/managing POs for UKI

Brand building & set strategic north star

  • Support development of UK and Ireland brand strategy, identifying Ireland nuances were relevant

Communications & creative

  • Lead in adapting comms to land impactful brand campaigns/activations for Ireland, working closely with the wider marketing team to deliver effective/efficient creative & media

  • Drive brand visual identity & DBAs locally through touchpoints

Lead innovation projects

  • Contribute to definition & management of Ireland portfolio (taking into account Windsor impact) to land best ranging for Ireland with fewer, bigger, better mindset.

  • GetPRO lead on fundamentals for all new inno/reno projects

Act as agile resource within category

  • Lead additional projects outside specific anchor brand or with overall category scope to allow allocation of resource to key growth opportunities or to further individual development

Salary bracket: €37,000 - €42,000
