As a Junior DBS Global Controller, you will play a key role in supporting global controlling processes and ensuring high-quality financial reporting across multiple entities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting month-end close activities for Central entities within the DBS Global team (including Magnitude reporting and ICE cross-charges setup)
• Analyzing cost and FTE variances across all Service Lines on a monthly basis
• Preparing Service Line performance materials and following up on deviations versus forecast
• Supporting consolidation of Zone reporting into the DBS Global Performance deck (including bridges, commentary, and key figures)
• Preparing and maintaining reporting templates for Zones (bridges, efficiencies, investment split, consolidation and validation files)
• Participating in automation and process improvement initiatives within Global Controlling
• Maintaining reporting tools and systems, including Reporting Factory and Magnitude

What you bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Power BI is a strong advantage
• Experience or strong interest in month-end closing activities and cost/FTE analysis
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Process-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
