We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager for a 12-month contract to drive profitable growth by strategically managing key retail accounts, fostering strategic alignment, and achieving critical business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the client’s P&L, ensuring profitability and target achievement.
- Lead negotiation and follow-up of annual agreements (CGF, Trade Terms, counterparts).
- Define, implement, and track the annual commercial and promotional plans per client.
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans to close them.
- Ensure alignment between company strategy (brands, portfolio) and customer plans.
- Manage and optimize customer investments and product mix.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Field, Shopper, Category, Supply, Demand, Marketing).
- Drive successful product launches, campaigns, and innovation initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with clients, identifying growth opportunities.
Sobre ti
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a KAM in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and actively listen.
- Solid analytical skills, including P&L management and key levers such as portfolio strategy, pricing, product mix, promotions, and trade terms.
- Proven negotiation skills.
