- Define and drive the maintenance strategy to ensure equipment availability and reliability while reducing unplanned downtime.
- Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on root cause analysis.
- Track and improve maintenance KPIs to optimize overall site performance.
- Ensure proper functioning and reliability of equipment, processes, and utilities in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Standardize maintenance methods and optimize spare parts management.
- Deploy Lean/TPM methodologies to improve industrial performance and reduce losses.
- Contribute to automation and digitalization projects while standardizing operating methods and procedures.
- Lead, organize, and develop maintenance teams by ensuring intervention planning and contractor supervision.
- Promote a culture of safety, performance, and continuous skill development.
- Participate in and lead investment and equipment installation projects, from commissioning to ramp-up.
- Ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and technical standards while contributing to industrial transformation and automation.
- Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and applicable regulations.
- Promote a safety culture, ensure traceability of interventions, and participate in internal and external audits.
Sobre ti
Master’s degree (Bac+5) or Engineering degree (Maintenance or related field) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Maintenance Manager position.
Strong experience in the FMCG sector is preferred, ideally within the dairy processing industry.
The candidate must demonstrate advanced expertise in industrial performance management, with solid knowledge of key maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, TD, TOD, and PR.
