Quality, efficiency, and safety all play a big role in our work at Danone. Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for the Supply Chain team. We are currently looking to hire a Inventory Process Manager based in Louisville, CO, White Plains, NY or near any of our plants! 

 

Inventory Process Manager will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives supporting transformation and growth needs of business. Includes leading, influencing and implementing strategies that optimize people, process and systems.  

 

We are looking for a high energy, solutions-oriented person, who understands our business, works collaboratively with others, operates with a continuous improvement mindset, is detail oriented and is passionate about process improvement, delivering efficiencies and cost savings while providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Seek to standardize processes where possible, especially when efficiencies and cost savings are possible
  • Support Inventory Analysts, including training, process standardization, documentation
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to monitor process and operational performance, applying insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners to ensure business processes are optimized, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and timely processing of transactions.
  • Act as subject matter expert in Supply Chain processes during internal/external audits ensuring standards are met
  • Develop centralized processing capabilities in organization
  • Influence stakeholders locally and globally to drive process improvement.  Key stakeholders include but not limited to Supply Chain, Invoice to Cash, Planning, Quality, IT,  Procurement, IS/IT, Finance, Leadership.
  • Support development of KPI dashboards and content for team, key stakeholder and leadership updates
  • Stay current on trends and process optimization opportunities in Supply Chain/Complaints management
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a Continuous Improvement environment.

 

The base compensation range for this position is $105,000-$120,000 commensurate with experience. Sobre ti

 

 Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Supply Chain.
  • 5 + years’ CPG experience implementing business process, system solutions and managing people
  • Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems.  SAP, Uber Freight TMS, High Radius recommended. 
  • Expert knowledge in sales and logistics modules, Logistics Execution, Credit and Claims Management, Master Data
  • Experience integrating with Warehouse Management systems, including experience managing idocs and EDI. Open Text experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and drive process improvement and efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills that drive problem solving skills
  • ERP Systems experience (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to communicate complex information verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail, possessing ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt and be flexible.
  • Is resilient, determined and proactively anticipates business needs

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to understand and digest complex material from multiple domains and translate to internal/external partners.
  • Experience in effectively building relationships with teams spanning multiple functions/organizations.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and adept in implementing People-Process-Systems corrective action
  • Proven ability to leverage current technology to drive process efficiency and improve accuracy
  • Sefl-motivated with ability to multi- task, work independently. 
  • Open minded, creative and agile with a commitment to execution of excellence
  • Strategic and analytical with ability to think dynamically, identify process inefficiency, and use problem-solving capabilities to offer solutions

  • Excellent communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
