Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Coordinate and analysis rolling forecast and GPS process to ensure accurate Operation costs for various countries.
• Participate Period Closing Process for various countries and ensure meeting strict reporting deadline with delivery of timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of various countries’ business reporting.
• Animate company financial performance cycle through Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly forecasting process and monitor risks and opportunities for operations department.
• Being a business partner to Global supply points by following cost price updates and tracking macroeconomic drivers, constant communication with European plants to receive Transfer Prices.
• Track and analysis cost improvement opportunities, to be an active contributor to productivity projects, validate, review, and track proposed savings.
• Manage Capital Expenditures, feasibility analysis with operations team, calculating ROI, payback periods.
• Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and develop/follow up action plans.
• Work on continuous improvement and simplifications of existing tools and systems

• To be able to successful in the role, you need to have University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions preferably in FMCG industry.
• SAP and Power BI knowledge is an asset, MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge is required.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required/ IFRS reporting experience is an asset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Team oriented, highly collaborative, and able to build cross-functional relationships.
• Curios and open to learn.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills.
