Danone MENA is looking for an experienced Performance & L&D Manager for its Specialized Nutrition (SN) Business in KSA. This role is responsible for in-field coaching and development of our Healthcare Nutrition Specialists & Management teams, through design & deployment of robust L&D strategies. Moreover, build and monitor performance KPIs necessary to maximizing team productivity, operational efficiency and governance.
The candidate will carry the following responsibilities:
A- Key Accountabilities:
• Design & deploy comprehensive L&D strategies to enhance Healthcare Nutrition Teams’ performance and capabilities
• Develop Annual Training Plans in collaboration with team managers, to deliver tailored learning & coaching sessions for Healthcare Nutrition Specialists.
• Develop and monitor Performance Management Systems (Dashboard, KPIs, Achievements, etc), to analyze and evaluate team’s performance levels.
• Work closely with district managers to assess and evaluate the performance of their team and ensure alignment with coaching plans.
• Conduct capability & skills gap assessments to identify team needs.
• Provide regular monthly reporting to Senior Management on team performance, learning & coaching KPIs
• Monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of learning & coaching sessions and monitor post-training action plans.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess the effectiveness of Healthcare Nutrition Specialists’ ways of working on-ground and share constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with HR Talent & Business Partners to assess field force candidates’ knowledge, skills and organizational fit
B- Key Performance Indicators:
• Delivery of objectives and training plans as agreed in line with Annual Operating Plan.
• Training tracking by Team with clear development plan.
• Medical induction for the HN Team.
• HNSS Team development as per company objective through Team Mapping.
• Coach HN teams in field as per 40% time in field.
• Monitoring and analyze reporting team effectiveness KPIs.
C- Job Dimensions:
• Building the credibility of our business and brands through highly competent Healthcare Nutrition teams.
• Develop and execute L&D strategies to build strong Healthcare Nutrition teams in line with the skill & capability level required to perform in KSA market
• Coach, mentor and develop others to help them excel in their current role.
• Ask for coaching and developmental feedback.
• Operating within a highly competitive KSA market.
To be successful in the role you should ideally have:
Bachelor and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Medicine/Nutrition/Pharmacy
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industries, with at least 2 years in the field of L&D and/or commercial excellence.
• Extroverted; with strong networking & communication skills
• Only candidates with a valid KSA Iqama will be considered!
Functional Competencies:
• Good Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and PP
• Good Knowledge of Power BI Stack is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems in KSA.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Languages required:
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must
