ABOUT THE ROLE - Te tūranga mahi

Join us on an exciting journey with IWS and become an integral part of our operations as a Process Lead reporting directly to the Line Lead. As a Process Lead, you will be the technical expert on the line, responsible for eliminating process losses, standardising equipment and work practices, and coaching teams to operate at their best. You’ll work closely with the Shift Engineers, Operators, Quality, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

• Experience in food, dairy, or manufacturing environments (highly desirable)
• Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to coach, influence, and build capability in others
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Relevant technical or engineering qualification (desirable)
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 manufacturing environment when required
