As an Process project engineer, you will:

Support the Factory and European Operation in innovation / renovation / productivity / safety / quality / environmental projects implementation by:

• Leading capex projects as project leader,
• Being a project team member bringing a necessary technical expertise,
• Working in close collaboration with different departments of the company (iPRO Innovation & productivity), R&I, Marketing, Plants, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Food Safety etc.),
• Leading the technical part of the projects: assessing the risks, budget with cash out and timeline; preparing the technical part of the CAR (Capex Authorization Request), leading the engineering & KPI targets part of the project and leading the Vertical Start Up engineering area, etc.,
• Leading transversal technical projects at Factory level (in a future in different factories across EU)

Manage and develop suppliers by:

• Following the machines suppliers from the tender process to the Final acceptance stage
• Supporting suppliers’ capabilities development

Contribute to IWS (Integrated Work System) IM (Initiative Management) pillar to strengthen Vertical Start Up implementation in technical projects:

• Work with nominated VSU leader and IWS stream to put in place the methodology in each capex project.
• Be a link between systems reliability and method regional manager and IWS team to implement basis of methodology.

• University degree in technical studies:  food technologist, dairy technologist, mechanical engineering - as a plus.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical function, preferably in process technologies within the liquid food industry (alternatively pharmacy or cosmetics).
• Projects leading experience.
• Fluency in Polish and English is a must - both speaking and writting,  Spanish and French are a plus.
• Practical knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Project.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Relationship capabilities to gain credibility and create an efficient network within plants and suppliers.
• Good organization skills with multi-tasking & adaptability.
• Co-creation mindset and openness.
• Willigness to travel (0-10% now and up to 50% in a future).
